  • The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for one year extendable (upon satisfactory performance) till the project period and shall stand terminated automatically upon completion/closure of the project, whichever is earlier,

CORRIGENDUM

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • A separate application must be submitted online for each serial applied for subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria given in the advertisement. By hand / by post applications will not be entertained.
  • Candidates are required to make correct entries in the online application which can be documentarily proved as on the basis of their claim/entries they will be called for screening/ability test. Documents for unclaimed entries will not be entertained later on.
  • Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
  • Candidates applying against the disabled quota will be required to submit disability certificates issued by the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons as well as from the respective Medical Superintendent / Medical Board showing therein the specific disability and both the certificates must be issued before the closing date fixed for online apply.

  • Candidates who have not the prescribed qualification but equivalent qualification, are required to be in possession of an equivalency/ relevancy certificate from Higher Education Commission (HEC) while applying.
  • Candidates who possess qualification equivalent/higher than the prescribed qualification in the relevant field of studies will be considered eligible.
  • Age shall be reckoned on the closing date of the advertisement­­­­­­­­­­­­.   • Applicants married to Foreigners are considered only on the production of the Govt: Relaxation Orders.    
  • A female candidate if married before entry into government service shall acquire the domicile of her husband. If otherwise, she will possess her own domicile. However, married female candidates are allowed to opt for one of the domiciles of her choice. The option once exercised shall be final and changes therein shall not be allowed.
  • Experience, wherever prescribed, shall be counted after the prescribed qualifications for the post(s) if not otherwise specified in the service rules. The experience certificates should be on prescribed forms available on the PSC website.
  • The government reserves the right not to fill any or fill less than the advertised post(s).
  • In case the number of applications of candidates is disproportionately higher than the number of posts, shortlisting will be made in any one of the following manners: –

Situation Vacant

Applications are invited for the following vacant posts in the District Director Agriculture (Ext) Dera Ismail Khan KPK. The requisite qualification and experience showed against post:

Field Assistant (BPS-09)

  • No of Posts 20 (Merit)
  • Age 20-32
  • At least second Division Secondary School Certificate with (Science from recognized Board; and i. Three years Diploma of Filed assistant from a recognized agriculture Training Institute. (Agriculture Services Academy) Peshawar KPK or
  • At least second Division Secondary School Certificate with (Science from recognized Board and i. Certificate of passing 02 years training course of Field Assistant from the agriculture Training Institute (ATI) with Passed 06 months condensed course examination from ATI Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Terms and Conditions

Note: Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Dera Ismail Khan District.

  1. General Age relaxation will be admissible as per prescribed rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  2. The candidates already in Government service may apply through proper channels as produce NOC at the time of the interview.
  3. Age, Qualification & Experience will be counted from the last date of the advertisement.
  4. The reserved quotas will be observed as per rules.
  5. Applicants are advised to submit their application forms within 15 days from the issue of this advertisement. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  6. Only eligible candidates will be called for written test after the complete scrutiny of application forms.
  7. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
  8. The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the No. of Posts under the proceeding recruitment process at any stage.
  9. The competent authority has the right to defer or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
  10. Mobile phones, weapons, calculators, or any other electronic devices will not be permissible in the test centers.
  11. The fee is not transferable or refundable.
  12. No application will be entertained by hand.

  14. At the initial stage, copies of educational documents are not required to be attached with the application form, except a copy of CNIC and two white background passport size photographs.
  15. Form processing fees can be deposited in any HBL & Silk Bank online country-wise branches. How To Apply:

  • Deposit fee at the bank (The said fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable).
  • Send us the original Application Form along with a Deposit slip and copy of CNIC before the closing date of submission of application forms.
