1. Divisional Head- AML/CFT

Supervise and manage the implementation of AML/ CFT related procedures & controls in the light of Regulatory Requirements, BOP policies/ procedures as well as best practices. To monitor the system configuration, risk parameterization of Transactions Monitoring System. forming judgment on suspicious transactions. implementation of TF risk assessment and ensure timely reporting to regulatory authorities.

2. Divisional Head – Regulatory Compliance & Fraud Risk Management

Supervise and manage the Regulatory Inspections along with its compliance by maintaining effective liaison with the Regulators and monitor the implementation of Bank’s Compliance Risk Strategy & Compliance Program. Ensure to implement the BOP Fraud Risk framework across the Bank, also monitor the collection, collation, and submission of Fraud & Forgery Returns as per regulatory requirements in timely manner.

The above positions are EVP/ SVP level depending upon the selected individual’s capabilities, qualification & experience. The positions demand highly motivated, result oriented individuals with proven track record and leadership skills, well-versed with applicable banking laws & practices.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification Graduate/ Post Graduate from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Candidates with relevant international certifications will have added advantage. Experience Minimum 12 years of banking experience including 03 years at senior managerial role in similar function. Age Upto 55 years as of 05.10.2020
