b. Minimum speed of 10,000 key depression per hour for data entry/verification

Library Assistant (BPS-12)

Graduate with a certificate in Library Science from a recognized Institution

Technician (Electronics/Electrical/Camera/Computer (BPS-12)

DAE (Electrical /Electronics/Electrical/Camera/Computer Hardware) with 02 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
OR
Ex-Serviceman (Technical Arms) having relevant technical qualifications with 05 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

Technician (Networking) (BPS-12)

DAE (Computer Technology and Information Technology) with 02 years post qualification experience in the relevant field
OR
Ex-Serviceman (Technical Arms) having relevant technical
qualification with 05 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

Photographer (BPS-11)

a. Matric with science in 2nd Division
b .Diploma in Photography from any Govt Institution with 2 years experience in the relevant field.
OR
05 years of experience in the relevant field.

Receptionist (BPS-11)

a. 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree.
b. Those having experience of working as a Receptionist will be
preferred.

Supervisor Horticulture (BPS-11)

a. Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture after Matriculation.
b. 2 years of experience in the relevant filed.

UDC (BPS-11)

a. intermediate.
b. Typing speed of 25 w.p.m.
c. Computer Literate.

Assistant Security Supervisor (Technical) (BPS-11)

FA/FSc OR equivalent.
a. Matric
b. Ex-Serviceman from Technical Arms like EME, Signals,
Engineers & RV&FC.

Technician (Hydraulic / X-Ray Machine) (BPS-09)

Matric along with 5 years experience in the relevant field
OR
Ex-Servicemen (Technical Arms) having relevant technical
qualification with 3 years practical experience in the relevant field.

LDC (PS-09)

a. Matric
b. Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
c. Computer Literate.

Junior Draughtsman (BPS-07)

a. Matric or equivalent.
b. Certificate of Trade proficiency in D’Manship from a recognized institution.
OR
Have qualified in basic D’Manship course run by any Military
Department/Organization.

Technician (Generator / AC) (BPS-07)

a. Matric along with 3 years experience in the relevant field
OR
Ex-Serviceman (Technical Arms) qualified in the relevant field.

Junior Proof Reader (BPS-06)

a. Matric
b. 2 years of experience as Proof Reader in any leading Commercial/ Government Press

Terms and Conditions

  1. Candidates must be registered citizens of Pakistan. Those who are in government service should apply through proper channel.
  2. Applications on the prescribed form along with a photocopy of CNIC and 2x latest photographs should reach Post Box No. 750 GPO, Rawalpindi by 15 October 2020. Photocopies of Educational / Qualification documents are not required to be attached with the application form at this stage.

Note: Original CNIC, educational/experience certificates, and domicile are required to be produced at the time of test/ interview.

  1. Applicants to deposit Rs. 150/- Plus Rs.50/- (Bank charges) in Account Titled “CAO Exam Fee Fund” Number 4025241969 NBP GHQ Branch (Branch Code – 0330), Rawalpindi in any NBP Branch on the prescribed deposit slip printed at bottom of the jobs application form.
  2. Schedule for Test/ Interview will be communicated to eligible/ shortlisted candidates only.
  3. The number of posts can be increased/ decreased as per the requirement of the department.
  4. Candidates belonging to Minorities/ Schedule Caste/Disable and Women quota will be considered as per their
    reserved quota.
  5. The place of duty will be Rawalpindi.
  6. Age will be calculated from the closing date of receipt of applications which is 15 October 2020. Age relaxation will be allowed to the civilian candidates belonging to Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, and AK as per existing rules prescribed by the Govt of Pakistan.
  7. Age relaxation admissible to retired armed forces personnel is 15 years or the number of years actually served in armed forces whichever is less, hence the maximum age limit for retired armed forces personnel is 45 years.
  8. Applications received after the due date/incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

Terms & Conditions:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Interview call letters will be issued to short listed candidates only.
  2. Short listing will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA. Top ten (10) candidates in ETEA screening/written test will be shortlisted against a single vacancy of each cadre post for further recruitment process.
  3. Candidates should be eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of the applications, i.e. 20th October, 2020
  4. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
  5. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
  6. Original documents shall be produced at the time of Interview.
  7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
  8. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
  9. The competent authority has the right to increase/decrease or cancel all or any of the post by assigning a valid reason,

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for their desired posts online.
  2. In case of Honor’s/BS qualification candidate is required to give his marks (equivalency) instead of CGPA
  3. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number, Project code and candidates personal information) will be generated.
  4. Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non refundable) in any branch of UBL.
  5. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
  6. After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office.
  7. Copies of testimoniais/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes.
  8. A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post
