Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency intends to hire the services of following staff for Strategic Planning And Implementation Unit (SPIU), Naya Pakistan Housing’ Program on contract basis for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance:-

1. Manager Engineering/ Planning

1 (Male or Female) 250,000/P:M • masters Degree in urban planning, civil engineering, real estate development or a related field HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Minimum 15 years of experience in housing policy or housing development. Experience in affordable housing development preferable. • Age 40-55

2. Manager Legal/ Procurement

1 (Male or Female) 300,000/P.M • Masters Degree in Business, Finance. Law or a related field HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement and contract management. Knowledgeable on Punjab government regulations on procurement and PPPs. Experience in construction project finance or PPPs for housingor infrastructure is highly desirable. • Age 40-55

3. Manager IT

1 (Male or Female) 250,000/P.M • Master’s Degree in business, economics, computer science, IT or a related field HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Minimum 15 years of experience in M&E or portfolio management. Experience in GIS or other spatial analysis software is required. • Age 40-55

4. Manager Marketing

I (Male or Female) 250,000/P.M • Master’s Degree in social development, public affairs, communications, MBA (Marketing) or a related field HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Minimum 10 years of experience in communications field. Experience in the development sector preferable. • Age 40-55

5. Assistant Manager Engineering

2 (Male • or Female) 150,600/P.M • Master’s Degree in civil engineering or related field with minimum 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree• with minimum 5 years’ experience with HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. • Age 25-45

6. Assistant Manager Planning

(Male or Female) 150,000/P.M • Master’s Degree in urban planning, Project management or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience with HEC recognized University & PEC Registered • AGE:25-45

7. Assistant Manager M&E

(Male or Female) 150,000/P.M • Master’s Degree ‘in project management, economics or a related field with .minimum 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience with HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Experience in housing or real estate sector initiatives highly desired • AGE:25-45

8. Assistant Manager Procurement

1 • (Male or Female) 150,000/P.M • Master’s Degree in business, finance, project management or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience with HEC recognized University & PEC Registered. Knowledgeable on Punjab government regulations on procurement and PPPs. Experience in PPPs and construction project finance required. • AGE:25-45

9. Assistant Manager Contracts/Legal

(Male or Female) 150,000/P.M • LLM with minimum 3 years’ experience OR LLB with minimum 5 years’ experience with NEC recdgnized University. Knowledgeable on Punjab government regulations on procurement and PPPs. Experience in PPPs is required. Experience in construction contract management or construction law is highly desirable. • AGE:25-45

10. Assistant Manager Communication

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • To keep up to date with HR legislation and ensure this is updated in the organization Human Resources policies. procedure, rules. regulation and Code of conduct and ethics.
  • To review and or suggest amendment in Human Resources policies, procedures, rules. regulations and code of conduct & ethics and ensure that these are routed through HR Legal for its legal vetting.
  • To manage the HR Legal team effectively to ensure objectiveslKPls are met.
  • To manage. monitor and control all HR legal cases pending in various Courts/Forums/Tribunal/ commission/ Authorities etc. Cases include: Staff. Trade Union, CBA. Officers Associations. 3rd party staff and any other legal issue pertaining to HR.
  • To assist in dealing with all unions / CBA related issues and maintain peace and harmony within the organization and ensure trade union and association compliance.
  • To assist in dealing with Social Security / Labor department. Shops & Establishment and other government authorities for compliance on statuary requirements of HR Legal.

L.L.B / L.L.M. • At least five years as practicing experience at High Court preferably in Constitution and Election matters. Age 30 Years with 5 years general age relaxation Punjab 02 Sindh 03 KPK 03 Balochistan 02 Rawalpindi & Islamabad (Seats for Rawalpindi and ICT will be filled by the candidates having respective domiciles of the same) 01 Liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan

  1. Attested Copy of CNIC must be attached with the application form. 3. Relaxation in age limit of five years over and above the prescribed age limit will be given as per Government instructions. 4. The number of vacancies being announced is subject to any subsequent increase or decrease. 5. Persons already in Government service should apply through proper channel. 6.
